Attend the 2022 IABC World Conference in June

Want to attend, but don’t have it in your budget this year?

The IABC Heritage Region is going to award one member in good standing with a full scholarship ($1,399 value) and a $300 stipend toward travel expenses to connect with colleagues around the world in New York.

The scholarship evaluation panel will consider:

• applicants’ motivation for attending
• plans to share what they learn
• financial need

While past or current leadership or volunteer experience is a bonus, it’s not required.

Think you want to attend?

1. Confirm you can take the time away from work
2. Review the information on the IABC Heritage Region website
3. Complete the nomination form by Friday, May 27

We’ll notify the scholarship recipient the first week of June.

It could change your life! I applied for the Heritage Region Scholarship in 2019, was selected, and attended the World Conference in Vancouver. I attended a masterclass in digital signage, where I met one of the instructors, Ethan McCarty. Later that summer, I started doing project work for, Integral, his internal communications agency headquartered in New York. In April 2021, he hired me full-time. This is the magic of IABC.
