Speakers Kerri Kilbane and Dr. Theomary Karamanis, SCMP Represent the Heritage Region

Kerri Kilbane

Kerri Kilbane is a communications leader with more than 25 years'
experience in marketing, sales and nonprofit fundraising. She is currently
Director of Donor Stewardship at Inova Health System where she leads
donor engagement initiatives, stewardship programming, impact storytelling
and reporting. As a professional fundraiser, Kerri specialized in grants
development, securing general support, program and project grants of over
$10 million from corporations, government funders, and national and local
foundations. In addition to her various roles in business communications,
she previously held leadership positions in retail and business banking for
banks including JP Morgan Chase, Citi and Chevy Chase.

Dr. Theomary Karamanis

Dr. Theomary Karamanis is a multiple award-winning communication
consultant and educator with 20 years of global experience. She is currently
a full-time Senior Lecturer of Management Communication at Cornell
University, while she regularly delivers executive workshops in strategic
communication, crisis communication and leadership communication both in
the US and internationally. She has served as the Chair for the Global
Communication Certification Council, while she was also the founding Chair
of the IABC Academy. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of IABC's
Awards Committee.
